Martin Pike, a Strategic Facilitator with three decades of experience, joined the Blue Jam growth advisory in September, doubling its capacity to provide Strategy & Accomplishment services to business clients.
Martin has deep experience in business advice and strategic planning, including as a business director and shareholder. His management consulting achievements span enterprise review, strategy, organisational restructuring, business policy and funding and project management.
He has worked across industries including tourism, food & beverage, civil, construction, wholesale distribution and retail sectors, manufacturing, recreation & leisure, and he has deep experience working with First Nations’ businesses in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
In 1997, Martin moved to Darwin to lead a business management consulting practice and during that time he had the opportunity to work across an array of industry sectors via the NT Government Business Growth Program.
Martin’s experience in Darwin afforded him the opportunity to join the Indigenous Business Australia advisory panel in 2007 and then he successfully tendered for the Indigenous Economic Program.
Martin’s motivation comes from a passion for understanding businesses and the common issues faced by owners and managers. With a knack for identifying key problem areas and developing and implementing strategic direction.
