People  & Culture Consulting

People are the greatest asset of any business. They are also typically the asset that causes the most worry and stress. That’s where People & Culture Consulting comes in.

Understanding how to manage your people and transform your culture to grow your business and your bottom line is the surest way to stop you worrying.

To make a better business, you need more than dedicated talent and a great idea. You need great leadership and a quality team.

For some business owners, the responsibility of managing people can be difficult, complicated, and frustrating.

That’s why we are passionate about creating an enduring partnership to support you and build your confidence in dealing with your team. Then, together, we’ll build and sustain a winning team and high-performance culture, reflecting the values you want your business to be known for: excellence, quality, and client service.

How it works

Blue Jam partners with you to build your team and culture in four ways.

Hood Sweeney’s People & Culture Consulting team becomes immersed in your business to learn all about you, your business and your pain points.  We’ll focus on the key changes to your people and culture practices that will matter the most and add value to your business.

Our goal is to protect you against any people or industrial threats to your organisation. We’ll complete a “People & Culture Health Check” to identify any key issues and enable us to create a strategy to navigate these ‘people’ problems and alleviate you from industrial risks.

Once we have an understanding of your business and its people issues, our focus turns to recommending initiatives to build your team’s performance aligned with your goals and vision. This may include changes to your organisation structure, reward and recognition practices, training and development programs or performance management systems.

Once the new initiatives and practices are established, we can then partner with you to provide ongoing people and culture advice and support as you require.
